Is there a microphone in the second generation iTouch?
Only recently received a second generation iTouch and I downloaded an application called interupting cow or something .. haha. He says he needs a microphone, and second generation itouch have built in .. but when I try to play theres no response. A second generation has a built in microphone itouch? or is there something im doing wrong?
It has a built in speakerphone, but no microphone. The touch of the third generation iPod comes out on September this year will have an integrated microphone, and whether an onboard camera and up to 64 GB memory. If the application requires a microphone was probably designed for the iPhone. The iPhone and iPod touch is basically the same as each other except for the microphone and the camera and the phone function. If this is the case, sorry. Hope this helped.
