the printer is connected, the software is installed, the computer also recognize the printer default, but once the computer off, not restart. When you disconnect the USB printer and then start the computer. Can anyone help please?
Your computer may be the start of USB instead of your hard drive. Try this: 1. Energy of the computer 2. Power 3. Press F12 as soon as it appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
