Extended warranty is worth it for the Kindle 2?
Standard warranty only lasts 1 year and not covered if it breaks. Is it worth spending another 50 or so dollars for the extended warranty when new and better eReaders leave each year anyway?
To me, that I bought warranty for additional security only. This means I use the device freely without the worry of late within two years. For the extra $ 65, different people are different. For me, it is less than 20% of the cost of the device, but can protect my two years of everyday use.
