Can I get some books for the Sony Reader for FREE?
I just received a Sony Reader for Christmas because I love to read! (I wanted the Kindle, but I guess Sony was cheaper or something.) So anyway, I'm very excited to have downloaded some books but what really has to pay for all books? Are there websites that let me download the books to my reader for free? I googled many of them, but they all just download to your computer or something. I'm really, really excited about this, but I'm going to have to return it if I can find all the free books. Why pay more than $ 150 to the reader and $ 9.99 for every book in it!?!? Thank you!

Here are Web sites that provide more than ten thousand books for free: http://manybooks.net/ http://gutenberg.org/ However, I suggest you consider returning it and getting Kindle in one place, because the Kindle books are much cheaper and you will benefit from it long term. There are books you can get from the Kindle store that unreadable on the Sony Reader as well. I love my Kindle 2 lot. The Kindle is better because it has free wireless and text to speech function.
